After growing up and completing her college education in the Netherlands, the owner of Mountain PT and Fitness Center, Mireille Bierens, moved to the United States in 2000. Over the course of the last 20+ years her positions have been in Marketing and Sales for larger and smaller local companies here in the Valley.

She has always had a strong desire to be self-employed and create an inviting and joyful company culture where people are enjoying their jobs and patients feel at home. After working in the Physical Therapy industry since 2014, as a marketing director and co-owner of her previous company, she was honored and blessed to be in the position to continue on a 23 year legacy that the former owners Gordon Smith and Katherine Major built, by taking over Mountain Physical Therapy and Fitness center in 2020.

 

Mireille will bring her extensive marketing experience to Mountain Physical Therapy, as well as her knowledge of the physical therapy industry. She is very passionate and dedicated to her community and her staff, serving on multi boards and volunteering in non-for profit organizations. 

 

She lives in Whitefish with her son who graduated from Montana State University with a Computer Science degree in 2024.
